Antique Wrought Arch - was above a doorway

This beautiful old antique piece would have been above a doorway entrance for example a shop or prestige house.
 
The centre features the letters W H over each other. But this is quite a decorative feature and the otters do no stand out.
 
Could be used as garden art, a classic piece on a wall in a business or home, maybe a an old winery wall inside or outside….
